Rockland Immunochemicals polyclonal antibodies against chicken aggrecan
Proteoglycan content in control and mineralizing matrix vesicle preparations. Aliquots of matrix vesicle preparations isolated from control cultures ( B , Control ) or vitamin C/phosphate-treated chondrocyte cultures ( B , Vit.C/P i ) were dotted onto nitrocellulose filters and immunostained with antibodies against <t>aggrecan</t> as described in Materials and Methods.
